Detailed Product Description

Our company uses crop stalk, sawdust, branch and wattle, and remainders of wood processing, adding compound bond, to produce environment protective press wood pallet, with most advanced automatic production line, and high temperature and high pressure one off moulding technology. The annual output of plane pallet and concavo-convex pallet is around 1 million pieces.

The current types of presswood pallet includes 1200×800×135mm, 1100×1100×135mm, 1200×1000×135mm, 1000×1000×135mm, 1140×1140×135mm.Carrying weight load: dynamic weight load is 2 tons, and static weight load is 6 tons. The pallets can be specially designed and produced according to customers requirements about the type, carrying capacity and water proof characters. The deadweight of the pallet is 12 to 20 kgs.

The main characters are: environment protective, free of inspection and free of fumigation, high intensity, surface smooth, and stable sizes, and four-way entry.
